对于潜艇耐压壳体来说,最重要的问题是在重量最轻的情况下实现最大的承载能力。据此,选用了高强度高韧性钢制作耐压壳体。 在这种情况下,从焊接的角度来说,最重要的就是焊制无裂纹并且有足够的强度和韧性的接头。为确定在防止开裂的条件下屈服强度为80kgf/mm~2的高强度、高韧性钢的焊接工艺及最佳焊接工艺的选择,作者进行了一系列的研究。在此研究的基础上,制造了一个全尺寸模型,并以此作为焊接结构进行了评定。关于焊接裂纹,作者已在文献[1]中作过报道,本文则报道焊接工艺的选择及全尺寸模型制造。
The most important issue for submarine pressure hulls is to achieve maximum load carrying capacity at the lightest weight. Accordingly, the selection of high strength and toughness steel pressure shell. In this case, from the welding point of view, the most important thing is to weld the joint without crack and with sufficient strength and toughness. In order to determine the welding process and the selection of the best welding process for the high strength and toughness steel with yield strength of 80kgf / mm ~ 2 under the condition of preventing cracking, the author conducted a series of researches. Based on this study, a full-scale model was made and evaluated as a welded structure. As for welding cracks, the author has reported in the literature [1], this article reports the welding process selection and full-size model.
