互联网已成为继报纸、广播、电视之后的第四媒体,通过互联网进行信息传播正逐渐成为普通公民的重要表达方式。它不仅影响了人们获取信息的方式,同时也改变了人们的人际交往方式和思维方式。然而网络的无序状态使得受众对一些信息真伪难以辨别,如果依据错误的信息行事会导致一些错误的举动,这一点在网络出版中的名誉侵权方面表现得尤为突出。有鉴于此,界定名誉侵权,探讨遏制策略意义重大。
The Internet has become the fourth media after newspapers, radio and television. The dissemination of information through the Internet is gradually becoming an important means of expression for ordinary citizens. It not only affects the way people get information, but also change people’s way of interpersonal communication and thinking. However, the disordered status of the network makes it difficult for the audience to discern the authenticity of some of the information. If the wrong information is used, it will lead to some wrong actions. This is especially true in the field of reputation infringement in online publishing. In view of this, it is of great significance to define the reputation infringement and discuss the containment strategy.
