道教是中国土生土长的民族宗教 ,道教文化中的“乐生、重生” ;“我命在我、不在于天” ;“神形兼修”等思想浸润着中国传统体育的发展 ,从道教文化的角度去审视中国传统体育 ,为多视角考察中国传统体育发展 ,拓展了更为广阔的路径。
