在分析网络设备互连课程知识及技能体系的基础上,针对作坊式“演示+再现”型教学模式产出的“学徒式人才”难以胜任岗位需求动态变化的问题,基于CDIO理念,提出以紧贴岗位需求的TCP/IP协议为主线重构课程知识及技能体系、以单个协议验证型项目、单层协议设计型项目、课程整体综合型项目为载体的“三型”项目化教学改革模式,并以此设计“理论启发式讲授+技能引导式演示+项目自主式实训”的课堂教学与“项目答辩式”的考核方法。教学实践表明,这种改革方法明显提高了课程教学质量。
On the basis of analyzing the knowledge and skill system of network equipment interconnection course, the problem of “apprentice talent” output for the workshop-based “demo + rendition” teaching mode is not competent for the dynamic change of job requirements. Based on CDIO concept , Put forward that the curriculum knowledge and skill system should be reconstructed with the TCP / IP protocol close to the job requirements as the main line, the “three-type” with the single protocol verification type project, the single-level protocol design type project and the integrated curriculum project as the carrier. Project-based teaching reform model, and as a result of this design “theoretical heuristic teaching + skill-guided demonstration + project self-training ” classroom teaching and “project reply ” assessment method. Teaching practice shows that this method of reform has obviously improved the quality of curriculum teaching.
