加强校内实训基地建设,已成为高职院校彰显办学特色和提高教学质量的重要保障,也是各高职院校面临的办学难题。本文以湖北水利水电职业技术学院为例,从现有设备利用率、校外实习的面临的困难及就业导向机制的要求等方面论述了机电专业群校内实训基地建设的必要性;从人才培养服务可持续发展的需要论述了功能定位、建设思路及建设原则;并从建设环境的改善、运作模式及实训教学团队等方面展示了建设成效。
Strengthening the construction of training bases in schools has become an important guarantee for higher vocational colleges to highlight the characteristics of running schools and improve the quality of teaching, as well as the difficulties in running higher vocational schools. This article takes Hubei Water Conservancy and Hydropower College as an example, discusses the necessity of the construction of training base in mechanical and electrical majors from the aspects of the utilization rate of existing equipment, the difficulties faced by off-campus internship and the requirements of employment-oriented mechanism. The need for sustainable development discusses the functional orientation, construction ideas and construction principles; and demonstrates the construction effectiveness from the improvement of construction environment, operation mode and practical teaching team.
