一、VE对象的选择 我厂是年耗煤炭近万吨的中型企业。在近几年来,煤炭价格上调,加之市场紧缺和疲软并存,资金紧张,运力不足,企业物资供应部门很难按质、按量、按计划供应。由于煤炭等原材料价格上涨,产品成本逐步上升。为此,我厂组织有关人员研究应用价值工程方法,探讨节能降耗的问题,消化原材料涨价因素,以降低成本,增加企业盈利。按照各种煤炭的性能和特点,在保证产品质量、产量的前提下,确定把优选煤炭搭配使用,节能降耗,降低成本选为价值工程的研究对象。
First, the choice of VE object I plant is the annual consumption of nearly 10,000 tons of medium-sized coal enterprises. In recent years, with the increase of coal prices coupled with the shortage and weakness of markets, shortage of funds and lack of transport capacity, it is very difficult for the enterprise materials supply departments to provide quality materials according to quantity and schedule. As the price of coal and other raw materials rose, the cost of the product gradually increased. To this end, I plant the relevant personnel to study the application of value engineering methods to explore the issue of energy saving, digestion of raw material prices, in order to reduce costs and increase corporate profits. In accordance with the performance and characteristics of various coal, under the premise of ensuring product quality and output, it is determined that the optimal coal should be used in combination with energy saving, cost reduction and cost reduction as the research objects of value engineering.
