我们尚志县共有二十二个乡镇,五十六万人口,五百七十所学校(其中普通中学二十六所,农职业学校五所),八万八千六百名学生,六千三百九十六名教职员工。党的十一届三中全会以来,我们县委对教育工作的认识逐步提高,对教育工作的领导不断加强。一九八三年,我们采取了多方集资的办法,基本解决了全县城镇中小学的二部制;一九八四年集中抓了教育管理体制改革,促进了初等教育的普及和办学条件的改善;一九八四年和一九八五连续两年,又重新抓了知识分子政策的落实,有力地调动了广大教职员工的积极性,使教育教学稳步提高,全县教育出现了前所未有的喜人景象。
We Shangzhi County, a total of 22 townships, 560,000 people, 570 schools (including 26 middle schools, five vocational schools), 86,600 students, 6,300 Ninety-six staff members. In 1984, we focused our efforts on reforming the education management system, promoting the popularization of primary education and conditions for running schools Improvement; 1984 and 1985 for two consecutive years, but also re-arrested the implementation of the policy of intellectuals, effectively mobilized the enthusiasm of the faculty and staff, so that education and teaching steadily increased, the county has seen an unprecedented gratifying education scene.
