松下电器公司将于1991年下半年推出可提供64～4096种色彩的大容量直流多色等离子体显示样机。这种用于计算机终端的多色等离子体显示器有12、15和17英寸三种型号,分辨率为8线/mm和6线/mm。在现有的彩色等离子体显示技术基础上提供了几微秒响应速度和实用亮度水平,这种大容量精细等离子体显示具有1024×1028象点,0.2～0.3mm节距,分辨率为5线/mm和3线/mm。
Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. will launch a large-capacity DC multi-color plasma display prototype capable of providing 64 to 4096 colors in the second half of 1991. The multicolor plasma displays for computer terminals are available in 12, 15 and 17-inch models with resolutions of 8 lines / mm and 6 lines / mm. On the basis of the existing color plasma display technology, a few microseconds of response speed and practical brightness levels are provided. This high-capacity fine plasma display has a 1024 × 1028 pixel point, a pitch of 0.2 to 0.3 mm and a resolution of 5 lines / mm and 3 lines / mm.
