研究了固硫灰的基本性能,利用现代实验方法,在前期实验的基础上,设计正交试验,得出各个因素的影响规律,通过微调得到最佳配比,并对其长期性能进行了测试。研究表明:固硫灰能大量运用到灌浆材料中。得到的最佳配比为:固硫灰掺量50%,水灰比0.26,铝粉掺量0.003%,胶砂比1∶1.1,减水剂有效掺量0.4%。所制备的灌浆材料流动性为351mm;1d强度为22.5MPa;3d强度为49.7MPa;28d强度为94.3MPa。
The basic properties of sulfur-fixing ash were studied. Based on the previous experiments, orthogonal experiments were designed by using modern experimental methods, and the influence laws of various factors were obtained. The best ratio was obtained through fine tuning and the long-term performance was tested . Research shows that: solid sulfur can be widely used in grouting materials. The optimal ratio is: 50% sulfur content, water-cement ratio 0.26, aluminum content 0.003%, mortar ratio 1: 1.1, water-reducing agent effective dosage 0.4%. The prepared grouting material flowability of 351mm; 1d strength of 22.5MPa; 3d strength of 49.7MPa; 28d strength of 94.3MPa.
