伴随共和国前进的步伐,我国军事经济建设走过了50年的光辉历程,取得了举世瞩目的成就,初步建立了具有中国特色的军事经济学科体系,开辟了有中国特色的军事经济发展道路,积累了丰富的经验。当前,我国军事经济建设正面临着国际战略格局的新变化,世界军事革命的新发展和国内各项改革的新形势。为了适应新形势和迎接新世纪,军事经济理论研究的主要任务是:坚持创新意识,加强基础理论研究;适应市场经济发展,加强军事经济运行机制研究;面向高技术局部战争,加强国民经济动员研究;围绕“两个根本性转变”,加强军事经济资源配置理论研究;坚持“质量建军”,加强军事经济规模、结构、效益研究。
With the progress of the Republic, the military economic construction in our country has gone through 50 years of glorious history and has made remarkable achievements.
