夏令时节,人体排汗量大大增加,以钠为主的无机盐类髓汗液不断排出,使人心烦口渴,这时适量服用冷饮,会使人止渴生津,精神爽快。但食用冷饮要因人而异,有的人则不宜多食,否则会造成不良后果。
