芜湖市第一建筑工程公司始建于一九五○年七月,是国家建设部核准的国营一级施工企业,并具有对国外承建工程的资格。 深圳分公司成立后,总公司抽调一批技术能力强,具有科学管理经验的尖子进驻特区,并确立了“以优质创信誉,以高速求发展”的指导思想。 现在深圳建筑行业有些企业比气派,讲场面,招待客户摆个宴席动辄就是万儿八千的,个别老总一点也不心疼国有资产流失。据说同行之间这股较劲的风气越演越烈,好象不这样干,就办不了大事,公司“雄厚的实力”就体现不出来。 我们分公司不能这样较劲,并坚决抵制这股不良风气。因为这样比试的是虚劲,即使企业表面繁荣了,也是一种畸形的繁荣。如此下去,企业势必会走向衰败的深渊。
