本文着重从五个方面阐述依靠油脂科技进步，促进油脂企业发展经济，提高生产能力，是实现我国植物油脂总产量１０００万吨的有效途径。
This article focuses on explaining the progress in oil and fat science and technology, promoting the development of economy for oil and fat enterprises, and increasing production capacity in five aspects. It is an effective way to achieve a total output of 10 million tons of vegetable oil in China.
