为适应世界染料市场的变化和提高竞争能力,德国拜尔和赫斯特公司各出资50％成立了新的Dystar纺织染料有限股份公司,该公司已于1995年7月1日正式成立,总部设在法兰克福市,主要产品有活性染料(约占总产量的45％),分散染料(约占20％)和其它特种染料(约占35％)。该公司在世界各地有20个子公司,并在德国、美国、日本、印度尼西亚、中国、巴西、印度和墨西哥设有8个生产基地,而新型染料的开发仅在德国、日本和美国进行。该公司共有职工2500人,年销售额将达20亿马克,预计这家专业染料公司的诞生将会改变世界染料市场供应的格局。
In order to adapt to the changes in the world’s dye market and increase its competitiveness, Germany Bayer and Hearst have invested 50% each to establish a new Dystar Textile Dye Co., Ltd., which was officially established on July 1, 1995. In Frankfurt, the main products are reactive dyes (about 45% of total production), disperse dyes (about 20%) and other specialty dyes (about 35%). The company has 20 subsidiaries around the world and eight production bases in Germany, the United States, Japan, Indonesia, China, Brazil, India and Mexico. The development of new dyes is only carried out in Germany, Japan and the United States. The company has a total of 2,500 employees and annual sales of 2 billion marks. It is expected that the birth of this professional dye company will change the pattern of supply of the world’s dye market.
