诸暨市越剧团青年演员周柳萍给本刊寄来了一篇她饰演《西施》中的西施这一角色的艺术创造体会,文章写得清新、朴实,体现了一个青年演员对艺术的追求,这是十分可喜的。 近年来,随着许多优秀剧目的问世,一大批青年演员脱颖而出,但是,由于生活节奏加快和演出任务较重等原因,青年演员(包括中年演员)能象周柳萍这样用文字认真总结自己演艺体会的人却不多见,这是一个很大的损失。我们希望今后有更多的青年演员和中老年演员能在百忙之中拿出笔来,对自己的艺术创作成就总结出来,这样做,不但有利于从艺术理论上提高自己,而且戏剧文化事业也是很有意义的。
