The tributaries of the Wujiang River in northern Guizhou live a species of fish called “flower fish” locally known as “peach fish”, which can be seen in stream streams during the annual peach blossom. This fish is small in body and has a large body of white beak. It seems to be common (?) 鲦, but the body of adult fish is thicker than that of 鲦 fish. The largest about 200 grams long about 200 mm. The fish from the spring to see its traces when about 15 mm, brown or brown back body white; to summer weight of about 100-150 grams, the body has become generous; late autumn, the body surface scales become very rough, Like sackcloth, the scales except the back become rainbow-dazzling colors, which may also be one of the reasons why locals call “peach fish.” But in the winter it is hard to find the trail of the fish.
