针对当前研究缺乏地区内生产率增长来源和技术进步路径问题分析的局限性,本文利用东北地区经济时序数据评价地区内资源禀赋和技术进步发展现状,发现东北地区初始资源禀赋呈现明显差异,利用基于动态非参数前沿生产面的DEA-Malmquist生产率指数进行分析,并分离出中性和非中性技术进步率,对比评价东北三省生产率增长来源和技术进步变化成因。检验结果显示,东北地区生产率增长及其组成成分差异显著,同属东北地区的省际生产率增长来源不同,而且中性和非中性技术进步呈现出非同步增长趋势,与东部发达地区相比非中性技术贡献较低,表明不同地区应结合自身资源禀赋和发展阶段采取适应性技术变迁路径。
In view of the limitations of the current study on the sources of productivity growth and technological progress in the lack of regional research, this paper uses the economic time series data of Northeast China to evaluate the status of resource endowments and technological progress in the region, and finds that there are significant differences in initial resource endowments in Northeast China. The DEA-Malmquist productivity index of nonparametric frontier production area was analyzed, and the improvement rates of neutral and non-neutral technologies were separated. The sources of productivity growth and the causes of technological change were compared and evaluated. The test results show that there are significant differences in productivity growth and its composition in Northeast China. The sources of inter-provincial productivity growth in both northeastern regions are different, and the progress of non-neutral and neutral technologies shows a non-synchronous growth trend. Compared with the developed regions in the east, The low contribution of sex technology indicates that different regions should adopt adaptive technology change paths in combination with their own resource endowments and development stages.
