为了研究碘和甲状腺疾病的关系,1990年以来,作者选择饮水中含碘量过高、过低和适中3类乡村居民进行了甲状腺疾病的调查,现将高碘性和缺碘性甲状腺肿病区中桥本氏病的调查结果报告如下。1 材料和方法1.1 调查点:高碘性甲状腺肿病区,无棣县马山子、高庄子、付山子、付台子、下泊头5个自然村、饮水中含碘量分别为1800μg/L、1100μg/L、1470μg/L、1600μg/L、1380μg/L普查居民3287名(普查率81%);缺碘性甲状腺肿病区,日照市赵家和柿树园2个自然村,饮水中含碘量分别为0.14μg/L、2.8μg/L,普查居民2064各(普查率80%)
