由2-氯喹啉-3-甲醛及衍生物、双甲酮和醋酸铵在温和的条件下在醋酸中生成6个收率为83%~93%的化合物3,3,6,6-四甲基-9-喹啉基-2,4,5,7,9,10-六氢化吖啶-1,8(2H,5H)-二酮衍生物,并培养成单晶。通过元素分析、IR、1HNMR、质谱和X射线单晶衍射对其结构进行了表征。测得晶体Ⅲa属单斜晶系,空间群为Pccn,晶胞参数为a=2.229 1(4)nm,b=1.192 3(2)nm,c=1.727 4(3)nm,α=β=γ=90°,Dc=1.199 g/cm3。
From 6-chloroquinoline-3-carbaldehyde and its derivatives, dimedone and ammonium acetate, 6 compounds were obtained in moderate yield from 83% to 93% in acetic acid Quinolyl-2,4,5,7,9,10-hexahydroacridazepine-1,8 (2H, 5H) -dione derivative, and cultured into a single crystal. Its structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1HNMR, MS and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal Ⅲa is monoclinic with the space group Pccn. The unit cell parameters are a = 2.229 1 (4) nm, b = 1.192 3 (2) nm, c = 1.727 4 γ = 90 °, Dc = 1.199 g / cm3.
