Mental resilience is the individual’s effective coping and adaptation in the face of loss, difficulty or adversity. Its research has its origins in the case analysis of high-risk children, so much so that academics have generally held that only a few “geniuses” have this trait and mystify it. However, in recent years, more and more researchers regard the psycho-resilience as a dynamic process of the interaction between danger and protection factors. They think that when the individual encounters difficulties, the psycho-elasticity “miracle ” will automatically appear and begin to accept the psychology Flexible view of everyone. This study attempts to explain the ubiquity of mental resilience from three perspectives: the process of identity of elasticity research, the change of elasticity research methods and the biological evolution theory.
