本文从理论上推导出用自然热电偶法测量切削温度时,用补偿热电偶法对所产生的寄生电动势进行补偿的补偿条件;对测量误差进行了分析;并指出减小测量误差的方法。通过理论分析及实验验证,证明只有用高输入阻抗的测量仪表进行测量热电势时,用附加热电偶来补偿寄生电动势的方法才有实用的意义。
In this paper, the compensation conditions of the compensation thermocouple method to compensate the parasitic electromotive force are deduced theoretically when the cutting temperature is measured by the natural thermocouple method. The measurement error is analyzed and the method to reduce the measurement error is also pointed out. Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification, it is proved that the method of compensating for parasitic EMF with an additional thermocouple has practical significance only when measuring the thermoelectric potential with a measuring instrument with high input impedance.
