本文用计算机模拟的方法对六端口反射仪进行了分析。对一个校准了的六端口反射仪来说,唯一的误差源便是微波功率测量的误差,故本文着重探求在给定功率测量误差的条件下,六端口网络参数与复反射系数测试误差的关系,并由此求得最佳的六端口网络参数。 为实现此网络参数,文中给出了一个由常用微波元件组成的多倍频程微波电路,该电路的CAD程序可设计的最大频宽比为9:1。一个2GHz至8GHz频宽的电路已在实验室做出。
In this paper, the method of computer simulation of six-port reflectometer was analyzed. For a calibrated six-port reflectometer, the only source of error is the error of the microwave power measurement, so this article focuses on the relationship between the six-port network parameters and the complex reflection coefficient test error for a given power measurement error , And thus get the best six-port network parameters. In order to realize this network parameter, a multi-octave microwave circuit composed of commonly used microwave components is given in this paper. The maximum designed aspect ratio of the CAD program is 9: 1. A 2GHz to 8GHz bandwidth circuit has been made in the lab.
