针对高职院校学生党建工作中出现的新情况、新问题,提出将ISO9001质量管理体系引入高职院校学生党建工作的观点,并根据学院在学生党建中引入ISO9000族质量管理标准体系的实践情况进行探讨,指出应确立高职院校党建ISO9001质量管理体系的目标,细化学生党建工作规范性文件,强化学生党建工作质量意识,从而建立有序、高效的学生党建工作机制。
In view of the new situation and new problems appearing in the party construction of students in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the viewpoint of introducing ISO9001 quality management system into the party building in higher vocational colleges. According to the practice of introducing the ISO9000 quality management standard system It points out that the goal of building the ISO9001 quality management system in higher vocational colleges should be established, the normative documents of party building work should be detailed, the quality awareness of students’ party building should be strengthened, and an orderly and efficient student party building mechanism should be established.
