我厂在加工不锈钢及合金钢非标准螺母时,设计了刨六方夹具。更换心轴后可加工四方螺母。工件通过心轴前端互成60°角的V形槽定位(图1)。钳口5和顶尖6(图2)及心轴,均需淬火处理,心轴需根据工件要求选定长度。拖板8用螺栓与钳体4联接,转动丝杆时钳体4在底座9的滑轨上移动。尾座7通过带齿拖板与底座9滑轨下部的齿紧固,心轴长短不同时,可根据需要调节。
