本文在室内和稻田研究了18%杀虫双水剂对稻田蜘蛛优势种食虫瘤胸蛛和拟水狼蛛的毒杀作用。时间-死亡率曲线表明,食虫瘤胸蛛死亡高峰出现在药后3~6天间,拟水狼蛛死亡率曲线相对平缓,两类蜘蛛主要死亡时期均在药后10天内;测定用药后IO天的致死中浓度,食虫瘤胸蛛为366.10mg/kg(1993年)和538.56mg/kg(1994年),拟水狼蛛为340.74mg/kg(1993年)。田间试验也反应在药后7天,杀虫双水剂使稻田蜘蛛群落数量明显减少。
In this paper, indoor and paddy fields were studied 18% insecticidal water-reducing agent on the rice field spiders predatory insects Breitian and Piraeus tarantula poisoning. The time-mortality curve showed that the death peak of the predatory insectivora occurred in 3 to 6 days after the drug. The death rate curve of the water spider was relatively smooth. The main deaths of both spiders were within 10 days after the test. The median lethal concentration at 10 days was 366.10 mg / kg (1993) and 538.56 mg / kg (1994) for Engraulis japonicus and 340.74 mg / kg for Pirata subpiraticus (1993). Field trials also responded 7 days after treatment, insecticidal double agent significantly reduced the number of spider communities in rice fields.
