目的 :观察一次性粘贴式排尿器的临床使用效果。方法 :选用自行研制的“一次性粘贴式排尿器” ,为86 5例尿失禁患者尿液引流 ,共使用 12 5 7次 ,观察其使用情况。结果 :漏尿率为 1.0 3% ,皮肤过敏率为 0 .48%。结论 :该排尿器设计合理 ,安全可靠 ,操作简便 ,广泛适用于医院及家庭尿失禁患者的尿液引流。
Objective : To observe the clinical use effect of disposable urinary cavities. Methods : The self-developed “disposable urinary sticky urinary device” was used to drain urine from 865 inpatients with urinary incontinence. A total of 127 procedures were used to observe the use of urine. Results: The urinary leakage rate was 1.03%, and the skin allergy rate was 0. 48%. Conclusion: The urinary excretion device is reasonable in design, safe and reliable, and easy to operate. It is widely used for urine drainage in hospitals and home urinary incontinence patients.
