目的:建立HPLC测定三七中人参皂苷Rg_1和三七皂苷R_1含量的方法。方法:色谱条件为:C_(18)柱,流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(21.5:78.5),UV检测波长为203nm。结果:此方法线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为人参皂苷Rg_1 99.54%和三七皂苷R_1 101.40%(n=6)。结论:本方法分离良好,结果准确可靠。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg_1 and notoginsenoside R_1 in Panax notoginseng. Methods: The chromatographic conditions were as follows: C 18 column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution (21.5:78.5). The UV detection wavelength was 203 nm. Results: This method has a good linear relationship, and the average recovery rates were 99.14% for ginsenoside Rg_1 and 101.40% for n-saponin R 1 (n=6). Conclusion: The method is well separated and the result is accurate and reliable.
