密封环是由腈或其他防油的人造橡胶塑模制成(图1),它的中段套管部分1以弹性状态的密封方式套在活塞杆2上。密封环二端开口处是喇叭形状9。中段内壁可加工成有波纹槽3的型式。以减少密封环的接触磨擦,并在密封表面上留有可存储滑润油的余地。
The seal ring is molded from nitrile or other oil-resistant elastomer (Figure 1). Its middle sleeve section 1 is elastically sealed to the piston rod 2. Sealing ring at both ends of the opening is a horn shape 9. The middle wall can be processed into a corrugated groove 3 of the type. To reduce the seal ring contact friction, and left in the sealing surface can store lubricating oil room.
