本文采用0.5%碘伏与0.1%利凡诺通过菌落计数法比较两种药物的抑菌效力,对40例化脓性伤口患者以碘伏外敷的疗效进行观察,对照组36例以利凡诺外敷.碘伏在抑菌效力、疗程、治愈率方面明显优于利凡诺.建议临床在处理化脓性伤口时可选用碘伏消毒液外敷.
