本工作探索了酯类对BF_3·OEt_2在加氢汽油中的增溶情况、酯类增溶BF_3·OEt_2镍体系的丁二烯聚合行为。考察了加酯体系的酯/B比、Ni/Bd比、Al/Ni比、Al/B比对催化活性和聚合物分子量的影响。研究发现,酯类不仅具有增溶BF_3·OEt_2的效果,还可以降低催化剂用量,扩大了Al/B比的高活性范围,同时发现,加酯体系属于快引发慢增长聚合类型。
This work explored the solubilization of BF_3 · OEt_2 in hydrogenated gasoline and the polymerization of butadiene in the ester-solubilized BF_3 · OEt_2 nickel system. The effects of ester / B ratio, Ni / Bd ratio, Al / Ni ratio and Al / B ratio on the catalytic activity and molecular weight of the polymer were investigated. It was found that the esters not only have the effect of solubilizing BF_3 · OEt_2, but also reducing the amount of catalyst and expanding the high activity range of Al / B ratio. At the same time, it was found that the esterification system belongs to the type of slow-growth polymerization.
