目的分析汉阴县0~5岁农村儿童的营养不良状况及变化趋势。方法采取整群抽样法在汉阴县抽取5个村的419名儿童,测量儿童身高体重,并对儿童抚养人进行问卷调查。结果 2009年汉阴县0~5岁儿童低体重率为4.30%,生长迟缓率为14.80%,消瘦率为3.34%;与2000年相比,儿童低体重率下降21.53%,生长迟缓率下降45.99%,消瘦率下降70.75%。2岁以下婴幼儿中有66.2%在5~8月开始添加辅食,添加谷薯类、豆类、奶及奶制品、蛋类、肉类、蔬菜和水果、营养补充剂的婴幼儿分别占88.6%、27.8%、69.6%、58.9%、38.6%、70.3%、33.5%。结论汉阴县0~5岁农村儿童的营养不良率下降明显,但仍高于全国水平;2岁以下儿童辅食添加不合理。
Objective To analyze the malnutrition status and change trend of rural children aged 0 ~ 5 years in Hanyin County. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to extract 419 children from 5 villages in Hanyin County. The height and weight of children were measured. Questionnaires were also made for child supporters. Results In 2009, the low-weight rate of children aged 0-5 years in Hanyin County was 4.30%, the growth retardation rate was 14.80% and the wasting rate was 3.34%. Compared with 2000, the low-weight rate of children dropped by 21.53% and the rate of growth retardation decreased by 45.99% %, Wasting rate decreased 70.75%. 66.2% of infants under the age of 2 started to add supplementary food from May to August, accounting for 88.6% of infants and young children who added cereals, beans, milk and dairy products, eggs, meat, vegetables and fruits, and nutritional supplements %, 27.8%, 69.6%, 58.9%, 38.6%, 70.3%, 33.5%. Conclusion The malnutrition rate of rural children aged 0 ~ 5 in Hanyin County decreased significantly, but still higher than the national average level. The supplementary food supplement for children under 2 years old was not reasonable.
