本文从组织结构的视角审视高校基层团支部建设中存在的薄弱环节,并借用网络新媒体构建一种纵向到底、横向到边、立体互动式的“团支部群”新格局,打造一个校、院、班三级联动开放式的“团支部群”新模式,试图解决传统基层团支部建设中出现的获取信息不对称、参与受众面有限、支部生活单一枯燥等方面的问题。
