一、概述无芯工频感应熔炼炉是利用电磁感应原理加热和熔化金属的熔炼炉。装在坩埚里的炉料(被熔金属)置于感应器中,当感应线圈通以交流电时,炉料由于电磁感应而产生出强大的电流,使金属加热和熔化。也就是说,无芯工频感应熔炼炉象一个空芯的变压器,能量是从感应线圈感应而传递到炉料中去的。此时,供给感应器线圈的交流电能转变成电磁能,电磁能在炉料中又重新变为电能,最后转变为热能,使金属熔化。本炉主要基本技术参数如下:
I. Overview Coreless frequency induction melting furnace is the use of electromagnetic induction principle to heat and melt the metal melting furnace. The charge (molten metal) contained in the crucible is placed in the inductor. When the inductor is energized with AC power, the charge generates a strong current due to electromagnetic induction, heating and melting the metal. In other words, coreless frequency induction melting furnace like an air-core transformer, the energy is induced from the induction coil and passed to the charge to go. At this point, the AC power supplied to the inductor coil is converted into electromagnetic energy, which again becomes electrical energy in the charge, which is eventually converted into heat to melt the metal. The main basic technical parameters of the furnace are as follows:
