在社会主义新农村建设不断深入的背景下,传统型农民已经难以适应当前农村发展建设需求,较低的科学文化素质严重制约了农村经济的发展,不利于农民增收的实现。为了使农民掌握更多的先进技术和文化知识,需要充分发挥农业广播电视学校在培养新型职业农民中的作用。文章指出了造成农民增收缓慢的主要原因,分析了实现农民增收的具体措施,并对农广校如何在农民增收中发挥作用进行了讨论。
Against the backdrop of the deepening construction of a new socialist countryside, traditional peasants have struggled to meet the current needs of rural development and construction. The low scientific and cultural qualities have seriously hampered the development of the rural economy and hindered the realization of peasants’ increased income. In order for farmers to acquire more advanced technological and cultural knowledge, it is necessary to give full play to the role of agricultural radio and television schools in training new types of professional farmers. The article points out the main reasons for the slow increase of peasants’ income, analyzes the concrete measures to increase the peasants’ income, and discusses how ABC plays a role in increasing the peasants’ income.
