本研究用16PF问卷对中师生的个性特征进行测量,并把测量结果与中学生常模进行比较,结果表明,男中师生在实验性和三个预测人格因素:专业而有成长者的人格因素、创造能力强者的人格因素及在新的环境中有成长能力的人格因素,都显著低于男中学生。女中师生在实验性和次级人格因素果断性及在新的环境中有成长能力、创造能力强者两个预测人格因素上显著低于女中学生,而在忧虑性、紧张性和外向性、安详机警性两个次级人格因素及心理健康预测因素上显著高于女中学生。
In the present study, 16PF questionnaires were used to measure the personality traits of middle school teachers and students. The results were compared with those of middle school students. The results showed that there were three experimental and three factors in predicting personality: male and female personality The factors of personality, the factors of creating ability and the personality factors of ability of growth in new environment are significantly lower than those of male middle school students. Female middle school teachers and students in the experimental and secondary personality factors decisive and in a new environment have growth ability, ability to create two predicted personality factors were significantly lower than female students, and in anxiety, tension and extroversion , Alertness two sub-personality factors and mental health predictors were significantly higher than female students.
