近十多年来,我院先后收治了以顽固性便秘、腹痛伴有贫血和血压增高为主要临床表现的患者,诊断为慢性铅中毒。现将记录较完整的50例报告如下:一、临床资料1.一般情况:男43例,女7例。年龄在21～78岁。首次发病者28例,其余均为复发。复发次数最多者7次,一般每年1次。2.症状和体征。大多数表现为持续性脐周剧痛,少部分为满腹痛或牵拉样钝痛。腹痛难忍而无明显腹部体征是该病特点。腹痛之前常有头昏、乏力、腰背
