1988年2月至12月,我们根据耻骨上经膀胱指裂术和前列腺联合部切开术治疗前列腺增生症的原理,应用二尖瓣扩张器经尿道行前列腺联合部扩开术治疗前列腺增生症11例,效果满意,今报告如下。手术方法硬膜外麻醉,病人仰卧位。先用F18—24尿道探子扩张尿道,由尿道注入生理盐水250～300ml,使膀胱充盈。然后从尿道口插入二尖瓣扩张器使撑开架全部进入膀胱,打开撑开架向外轻拉,使撑开架紧靠尿道内口。
