教师队伍建设是教育发展的关键因素,一所好的园所必须拥有一支高素质的教师团队。我园作为一所处于建设初期的小区配套幼儿园,师资队伍参差不齐,为让每个教师在自己的起点上都得到最优化的发展,我们以园所“和文化”理念为引领,努力营造有利于教师成长的文化环境,让他们获得适宜个体的可持续发展,体验职业的幸福。
