测定３５５例不同生理状态（正常人，孕妇）下和各种甲状腺疾病患者血清中ＦＴ３、ＦＴ４、总Ｔ３（ＴＴ３）、总Ｔ４（ＴＴ４）和促甲状腺激素（ＴＳＨ）的浓度。ＦＴ３、ＦＴ４的正常值分别为２．０—８．５ｐｍｏｌ／ｌ和９．５—２６．５ｐｍｏｌ／ｌ。ＦＴ３、ＦＴ４不受甲状腺素结合球蛋白（ＴＢＣ）变化的影响，对孕妇、甲亢、甲减等ＴＢＧ变化的患者有独特的诊断价值。ＦＴ３是诊断甲亢、ＦＴ４是诊断甲减最灵敏的一项指标，对早期诊断有意义。ＦＴ３或ＦＴ４对甲亢或甲减在治疗中的疗效观察有重要的指导作用。
The concentrations of FT3, FT4, total T3 (TT3), total T4 (TT4) and thyrotropin (TSH) in serum of 355 patients with various thyroid diseases (normal and pregnant women) and thyroid diseases were measured. The normal values for FT3 and FT4 were 2.0-8.5 pmol / l and 9.5-26.5 pmol / l, respectively. FT3 and FT4 are not affected by the changes of thyroxine binding globulin (TBC), and have unique diagnostic value for patients with TBG changes such as pregnant women, hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism. FT3 is the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism, FT4 is the most sensitive diagnostic hypothyroidism an indicator of early diagnosis of significance. FT3 or FT4 on hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism in the treatment of curative effect observation has important guiding role.
