培养大批跨世纪高素质的劳动者,是国家对教育工作者提出的重要任务,全面实施素质教育是当前教育改革的焦点和热点,然而教师的教学方式又是解决好这一焦点问题的关键。为此,本文从现代教师教学方式的基本特征入手,分析了目前教师教学方式的现状与成因,对如何改变教师的教学方式提出了自己的看法,对推动课程改革的顺利进行献出一份微薄之力。
The cultivation of a large number of laborers of high quality across the centuries is an important national task for educators. The full implementation of quality education is the focus and hotspot of current education reform. However, the teaching methods of teachers are the key to solving this problem. Therefore, starting with the basic characteristics of modern teachers’ teaching methods, this article analyzes the current situation and causes of teachers’ teaching methods, puts forward their own views on how to change teachers’ teaching methods, and gives a meager contribution to the smooth progress of curriculum reform Power.
