美国AASHTO-PCI标准预制短跨预应力混凝土构件包括各类空心板梁(跨径达15m)、槽形梁(跨径达18~21m)、T形梁(跨径达30~36m)、箱形梁(跨径达32m)和I形梁以及装配式墩台构件和预应力桩。进行预制的技术标准是MNL 116-85“预制预应力产品生产及工厂质量控制手册”。预制梁在工地连接成连续梁的有关算例已载本刊1987年第1期,其基本原理是,支座截面负弯矩造成的截面总拉力由现浇接头顶部的纵向钢筋承受。为了配合该算例的发展,今将连续接头的标准构造细节、预制预应力混凝土桥面板的构造,以及AASHTO-FCI规范的有关条款和降低造价的建议介绍如下,以供有关方面参考—编者。
American AASHTO-PCI standard precast short span prestressed concrete members include various types of hollow slab beams (span 15 m), trough beams (span 21-18 m), T-beams (spans 30-36 m) Shaped beam (span 32m) and I-beams as well as fabricated abutment members and prestressed piles. The technical standard for prefabrication is MNL 116-85 Handbook on Precast Prestressed Product Manufacturing and Factory Quality Control. An example of the connection of prefabricated beams to a continuous beam at site is shown in Issue No. 1 of 1987, the basic principle of which is that the total cross-section tension caused by the negative moment of the bearing section is borne by the longitudinal reinforcement at the top of the cast-in-place joint. In line with the development of this study, the standard structural details of continuous joints, the construction of precast prestressed concrete bridge deck, the relevant provisions of the AASHTO-FCI specification and the proposal to reduce the cost are introduced as follows for reference.
