“以人为本”是科学发展观的核心理念和价值旨归。我们党提出的“以人为本”的“人”就是人民,在一个国家的发展中,不仅要发挥所有人的积极性,还要高度重视和发挥杰出人物的作用。“以人为本”与我们党的历史主体与价值主体相统一的人民观是一脉相承的,是马克思主义历史观与价值观的统一。马克思主义的人道主义既是马克思主义的组成部分,也是人道主义的一个形态,更是马克思主义与人道主义的共同研究视阈和理论重叠部,由此可以得出结论,“以人为本”属于马克思主义的人道主义。
“People-oriented ” is the core concept of scientific concept of development and the value of the goal. The “people-oriented” “people-oriented” proposed by our party is the people. In a country’s development, we must not only give full play to the enthusiasm of all, but also attach great importance to and play a role of eminent person. The concept of “people-oriented” and the unification of the historical subject and the value subject of our party are the result of the same strain and are the unification of the Marxist view of history and values. Marxist humanitarianism is not only an integral part of Marxism, but also a form of humanitarianism, and a common research threshold and theoretical overlap between Marxism and humanism. From this we can conclude that “people-oriented” belongs to Marx Humanitarianism.
