毛泽东一贯非常重视干部的马克思主义理论教育。在他看来,理论教育是提高干部的根本方法。在干部理论教育工作中,马克思主义哲学是重点内容,理论联系实际是最基本的原则,自修是重要方法,整党整风是有效途径。毛泽东关于干部理论教育的意义、内容、原则、方法、途径等问题的论述,形成了比较系统的关于干部理论教育的思想体系,并对当前改进和加强干部理论教育工作具有重要的现实意义。
Mao Zedong has always attached great importance to the cadre’s Marxist theoretical education. In his view, theoretical education is the fundamental way to improve cadres. In the cadre theory education, Marxist philosophy is the key content. It is the most basic principle to integrate theory with practice. Self-study is an important method and rectifying the party spirit is an effective way. Mao Zedong’s discussion on the significance, content, principles, methods and approaches of theoretical education of cadres has formed a rather systematic ideological system about the theoretical education of cadres and has an important practical significance for improving and strengthening cadre theoretical education at present.
