为探讨气道炎症的非创伤性监测方法,采用酶联免疫法和荧光酶标法对15例哮喘和15例慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者痰液中白细胞介素(IL)-5和嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)浓度进行检测。结果表明,哮喘患者痰液IL-5和ECP浓度较COPD患者明显增高,且哮喘患者痰液IL-5和ECP浓度呈显著正相关。提示痰液分析有可能为气道炎症提供有效的非创伤性监测方法
In order to explore a noninvasive monitoring method of airway inflammation, the levels of interleukin (IL) -5 and phlegm in sputum of 15 patients with asthma and 15 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Acid cell cationic protein (ECP) concentration was detected. The results showed that asthma patients sputum IL-5 and ECP concentrations were significantly higher than COPD patients, and asthma sputum IL-5 and ECP concentrations were significantly correlated. Suggesting that sputum analysis may provide an effective non-invasive method of monitoring airway inflammation
