本文报道采用国内首次研制HysⅠ型局部大脑血流量测定系统,用~(133)氙吸入法测定缺血性脑血管病15例及正常人25例的脑血流量。脑血管病组男11例,女4例,年龄36~76岁,平均58.4岁,病程2小时~27月;正常组男16例,女9例,年龄35~64岁,平均50.1岁,测定结果缺血性脑血管病组左右两半球无论灰质或白质平均脑血流量显著低于正常对照组,有极显著差别。脑血管病组患者脑血流量测定均不同程度显示某区域的血流量减少,且检查结果除与该患者头颅CT扫描显示的局限性缺血变化符合外,尚发现了头颅CT扫描正常的短暂性缺血性发作的与临床定位诊断相符合的局限性脑缺血区域。
