以10个株系(一前1、一前2、一前3、一前4、一前5、一前6、一前8、一前11、一前12和一前13)和2个美国引进品种(Cave-in-Rock和Nebraska 28)为试验材料,采用室内皿培培养法,分析不同柳枝稷株系地上部蒸馏水浸提液对生菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,以评价不同株系柳枝稷化感潜势。结果表明:不同材料的柳枝稷化感潜势表现出显著的差异性,Cave-inRock的化感潜势高于Nebraska 28,且10个株系之间化感潜势也不尽相同;化感作用存在浓度效应,0.02g/mL浸提液的化感抑制作用高于0.005g/mL;柳枝稷地上部浸提液对生菜胚根生长抑制作用明显,抑制率(RI)最高为60%;而对胚芽生长表现促进作用,促进率(RI)最高达到48.1%。一前5、一前13和Cave-in-Rock的抑制作用较强,与对照相比差异达到显著水平;聚类分析结果表明,可将供试柳枝稷分为三大类:抑制作用较强的是一前13和一前5为一类,一前12、一前11、一前8、一前6和一前4为第二类,抑制作用较弱的一前3、一前2和一前1为第三类。
