自奥巴马入主白宫以来,这一任政府在应对经济危机的同时,巧借“救市”名义大力进行教育改革。从教育政策研究的角度出发,对奥巴马执政时期美国学前教育政策文本进行分析,总结其特色,为完善我国学前教育政策内容、促进政策实施提供借鉴和启示。奥巴马政府的学前教育特色:确立法律法规保障教育质量,投入大量资金为政策实施护航,关注学前教育教师待遇和专业发展。对我国学前教育政策的启示:完善学前教育立法,加大政府财政投入,推动学前教育教师队伍建设,关注学前教育地区发展差异。
Since Obama took office in the White House, this government has been vigorously implementing education reform in the name of “bailout” in response to the economic crisis. From the perspective of educational policy research, this paper analyzes the pre-school policy texts of the United States during the Obama administration and summarizes its characteristics to provide reference and inspiration for perfecting our pre-school education policy content and promoting policy implementation. The pre-school education features of the Obama administration include establishing laws and regulations to guarantee the quality of education, investing large amounts of money in escorting policies, and paying attention to the treatment and professional development of preschool teachers. Enlightenment to Preschool Education Policy in China: Perfecting pre-school education legislation, increasing government financial investment, promoting the construction of preschool education faculty, paying attention to the differences in preschool education regional development.
