本文旨在探索武威平川灌区土壤肥沃、生产水平较高的三年三区轮作中,麦田套种草木樨的固氮作用。从微生物形态学入手,采用大田调查,室内分析及气相色谱验证的方法,结果得到:在该地区由于土壤肥力较高,套种的草木樨仅在第二年蕾期至开花初期,固氮指数在0.5以上,有较强的固氮作用,除此外,固氮指数均在0.5以下,表明固氮力较弱。本试验还对草木樨固氮的几个重要因素进行了初步试验,结果表明:草木樨结瘤固氮作用与作物生育阶段、群体密度、光照以及土壤条件(包括土壤温度、水分、养分含量)有关。人工接种相应的根瘤茵剂,对草木樨的结瘤固氮具有一定的效果。
The purpose of this paper is to explore the nitrogen fixation effect of intercropped shrubs in shrubs in Pingchuan Irrigation District of Wuwei County, which has a fertile soil and high production level. The experiment also carried out preliminary tests on several important factors of nitrogen fixation of A. chinensis. The results showed that the effect of nodulation and nitrogen fixation of A. chinensis was related to crop growth stage, population density, light and soil conditions (including soil temperature, moisture and nutrient content). Artificial inoculation of the corresponding root nodules Yinzhu, Nodulai nodulation and nitrogen fixation have a certain effect.
