浙江省西湖区科委,从1979年开始,利用沼气作为炒制龙井、旗枪茶的燃料,其经济效益显著,3～4年内可收回沼气池的投资,炒制的茶叶品质也较好。一、沼气池的设计沼气池应采用钢筋混凝土结构,其容积的设计应以满足茶农一天能连续炒荣十几小时的需要为前提,同时也要考虑沼气发酵料的来源。1979年我们在旗枪茶产区的龙坞公社长埭茶场建了四只共200立方米的沼气池,茶季每天的产气量可供八只炒茶灶连续炒茶十小时。在西湖公社南山大队畜牧场建了四只共300立方米的沼气池用于炒制龙井茶。池的结构见图1。
Since 1979, Zhejiang Science and Technology Commission of West Lake District has used biogas as a fuel for the production of Longjing and Flag Gun Tea. The economic benefits are remarkable. The investment in biogas digesters can be recovered within 3 to 4 years, and the quality of the tea produced by frying is also good. In the West Lake commune Nanshan Brigade livestock farms built a total of three 300 cubic meters of digesters for the fried Longjing tea. The structure of the pool is shown in Figure 1.
