区域性跨系统图书馆联盟是经济与文化协同共进的必然结果。从战略的角度,在总结形成区域性图书馆联盟条件的基础上,分析目前区域性图书馆联盟发展中存在的问题,提出以区域性图书馆联盟为基础构建联盟体系的战略构想。
Regional cross-system library alliance is the inevitable result of economic and cultural synergy. From the strategic point of view, on the basis of summarizing the conditions for forming a regional library alliance, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the development of the regional library alliance and puts forward the strategic conception of building a coalition system based on the regional library alliance.
